I had an amazing executive room with a balcony and a sea view! the breakfast spread was fantastic and had a live station with fresh dishes. the fitness center had top-notch equipment, which I loved using.

Sanjeevan, one of the staff, provided exceptional service, making my stay memorable. However, communication with the lobby staff could improve. I faced some slow check-in processes. Also, the cleanliness of the initial room was disappointing, but they quickly resolved it when I reported it.
